Donation Refund Policy

Al-Imdaad Trust values the trust and generosity of our donors. Donations made to Al-Imdaad Trust support healthcare services, medical aid, dialysis care, eye care programs, and emergency assistance for underserved communities.

General Policy

All donations to Al-Imdaad Trust are voluntary and typically non-refundable. Once a donation is successfully processed, it is allocated toward our charitable programs and operational activities.

Exceptions for Refunds

A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • A duplicate donation was made due to a technical error
  • An incorrect donation amount was entered by mistake
  • A transaction was completed without the donor’s authorization

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the donation date.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following details:

  • Full name of the donor
  • Date and amount of donation
  • Transaction reference number
  • Reason for the refund request

All refund requests will be reviewed by Al-Imdaad Trust, and the decision of the Trust will be final.

Processing of Refunds

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 7 to 10 working days, depending on the payment gateway or bank
  • Transaction charges or gateway fees, if any, may be deducted from the refunded amount

Tax Exemptions

Once a donation receipt has been issued or a tax exemption benefit has been claimed, refunds may not be possible.

Al-Imdaad Trust reserves the right to update or modify this Donation Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
