ENT & Audiology Screening for school children

Hearing and ear, nose, and throat health play a vital role in a child’s learning, communication, and overall development. Recognizing the importance of early detection, Al-Imdaad Trust is preparing to launch ENT & Audiology Screening Programs for School Children as part of our upcoming healthcare initiatives. This program aims to identify common ENT and hearing-related issues at an early stage, helping prevent long-term complications that can affect speech, academic performance, and quality of life.

Planned focus of the program:

• Basic hearing assessments and audiology screenings
• Identification of ear infections, hearing loss, and ENT-related concerns
• Early referrals for further medical evaluation and treatment when required
• Awareness sessions for teachers and parents on the signs of hearing and ENT issues
• Support for children from underserved communities with limited access to specialist care

Through this upcoming initiative, we seek to promote healthy development and ensure that children receive the care they need to learn, communicate, and thrive.
