Free Eye Screening Camps in Remote Areas

Access to basic eye care remains a challenge in many remote and hilly regions of Jammu and Kashmir. To bridge this gap, Al-Imdaad Trust regularly conducts free eye screening camps in underserved areas such as Banihal, Batote, Ramban, and Nowgam.

These camps are designed to reach communities where medical facilities are limited or difficult to access. Our team of qualified doctors, optometrists, and volunteers travel to these locations to provide essential eye examinations and early diagnosis for people of all age groups.

Through these camps, we aim to identify common vision problems such as refractive errors, cataracts, squint, and other preventable eye conditions at an early stage. Patients who require further treatment, corrective lenses, or surgery are guided and supported for follow-up care at appropriate medical facilities.
